No visibility in entrance or exit at rear of the property via alleyway onto 29th Street South. Original wall was 4 feet, new wall is in excess of 6 feet. Emergency vehicles cannot enter or navigate into alleyway from 29th Street S. Cannot find building permit for concrete wall or adjacent upgrades. Today, contractors for AAA could not reach our home via 29th Street S due to construction and blockage by this wall creating public safety issue on 11/13/2023. Requesting engineering to quantify 18 to 20 degree visability triangle for egress and verify construction permit for upgrade of wall.
