  Inspector M. Gonzalez while driving the city observed unsecured gutters and swimming pool gate that can be viewed from the rear of the property on the golf course at 3127 La Quinta Dr. in violation of Section 304.7 and 303.2, Missouri City Property Maintenance Code. Pictures were taken of the violation and a Courtesy Notice of Violation was posted at the front door.

  A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 11/27/2023 at 3127 La Quinta Dr. regarding a private property violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed swimming pool gate is still not properly secured and gutters are not properly attached.
