Please prioritize this over due safety issue with the uplifting of the street and broken side walk due to the problem with the tree and the roots. Also, the roots are creating sewer issues which forces me to enlist the services of Mr. Rooter to snake out the sewer line. Thank you

Concrete sidewalk good condition. Slab lifted at city tree. Grind.

Please let me know when action will be taken to correct this long over due problem. The tree desperately needs trimming, and the side walk and curb is lifting daily.

Sidewalk previously grinded. DPW will re-inspect.

This issues has been reported numerous times, and has not been addressed as INDICATED. The side walk and curb has lifted to the point that it is not safe for pedestrian or parking.
The curb is not safe for parking as it has a high hump, that makes parking impossible.

Please address this issue before it becomes more problematic.

I’m not sure why I’m receiving an email today indicating that this problem has been corrected. Yes, the sidewalk was grinded down in 2015, here it is 2018 3 years later and the side walk has lifted again. No attention was ever given to the repair of the street, in fact, the street has gotten much worse, If you take the chance and park in front of my home, you will need to be extremely cautious when pulling out of the space that you don’t damage the undercarriage of your car or lose your bumper due to the fact that the street is raised and lifted, and has never been addressed. Again, I’ll be sending pictures again to support my complaint.

I failed to mention again that the roots from the tree is causing a problem with my sewer system forcing me to place service calls for sewage backups...👎🏽👎🏽

Thanks for your patience. We did grind location last year but in order to repair location tree needs to be reviewed. We are forwarding to Parks and will follow up.

Thank you for your attention in this matter, as you can see parking in front of the tree is virtually impossible without possibly during damaging your vehicle. Just to make you aware, Park & Rec were previously involved in the inspection of the tree, and notified me that the repair of the street and side walk were a Public Works issue. Please keep me posted on the resolution of this matter.
