I frequent Lowe's and admittedly bend the law by cutting through McDonalds parking lot. I have watched outrageous, out in the open, 'someone give me a clean needle', drug deals in the back row of the parking lot, closest to the car wash. Signs were placed with regards to loitering, but the dealing is over the top.
