Description

Caller (Cindy of Ward 4 Council) is reporting about an encampment that seems to have broken up, but their litter and leftover items seems to be getting moved down the roadway further south. Caller reports shopping carts and belongings being left all over the place and people are rummaging through the items and again leaving them scattered everywhere. Caller is also reporting that the homeless population behind the Dollar General store that is located on the Northeast corner of Pantano and Escalante are leaving backpacks with clothing and things of that natured being abandoned behind the store.
