The perception here is that our City Inspector, Demetrius Johnson, is "Picking & Choosing" who should told to follow our Codes! A Complaint was filed on July 14, 2014 regarding the Debris, & Hoarding Issue at this property. With NO ACTION TAKEN.
The Reality is: this Homeowner is also the Vice President of the Coquina Key Neighborhood Association!
The Perception is ...she is EXEMPT From our City Codes & Laws! Absolutely disgraceful! By the inaction of the City Inspector as well as a Public Officer who sits on a Board pointing fingers at other Homeowner violations!
