Residents of 2028 store/dump garbage in front of house as well as the empty lot next to their residence (2030 Manton Street). This is an ongoing issue and has been reported multiple times.

2028 also stores large equipment in the front of the house. The euipment is used for the illegal car repair business that has been run out of that house for many years.
