2/14/2012 - Thank you so much for sharing your important concern with the City of Richmond government on ways to make 14th and Broad more pedestrian friendly. The situation with needing a pavement marking crosswalk and pedestrian signal heads at 14th and Broad has been formally reported to DPW Traffic Management (20020821151) so that proper inspection and consideration can take place. The situation requesting wheel chair ramps at the 14th and Broad intersection area has been formally reported to DPW Engineering (20020821149) so proper consideration can take place - rtt
4/30/2012 Richmond Traffic Management noted on 3/22/2012 there are already Pedestrian Signal Heads in place and also noted an order has been created for Traffic to install a crosswalk at this location in the very near future - rtt
4/8/2013 Richmond Goverment determined as of 3/22/12 (20020821151) that safety head were already in place at this intersection. Richmond Government also determined as of 2/6/22013 that the wheel chair request is under VCU jurisdiction - this case file has been closed - rtt
