Your issue has been assigned to a DPW employee for inspection. Once the scope and extent of the issue is determined, it will be scheduled for maintenance or repair as needed.

Thank you for commenting. I understand the frustration. The DPW can help with facilitating and repairing the request. However this bridge is actually owned by the state of Massachusetts and is subject to much needed repairs in the next few years as it is under redesign by MassDOT for upgrade. The project work is tentatively scheduled pending a contractor with in the next 3-5 years. The City and DPW respectfully request the constituents to remain patient as we field and service the requests with our single paving crew.

Work with respect to the request has been completed at this location. If the defect was or has been missed and still exists, please assist with helping the DPW to identify and repair the defect. Please if the constituent could, provide a location of where the defect is and if at all possible, an image of the defect, so we can better prioritize, assign, and repair the defect to close out the request accurately.
