Patrons leaving The Note get approached and followed when walking to their cars near the train station. One patron was approached for money but when they let the person know they had something for self defense the person took off. Another patron was followed by two members of the Star Social Club Police presence should be increased for this area. Police presence should be increased - people leaving The Note feel very uncomfortable and threatened, most have resorted to carrying mace, those who have a carry conceal permit use it, or the buddy system.
