When heading west on Oltorf, if you are waiting at the red light at Burleson, it will first allow the left lane to turn left while you still wait at a red light, then it will turn green for you to go straight. Since there is no traffic entering from Burleson due to the green left-turn light, and there is no u-turn allowed from eastbound Oltorf traffic, and there is no road to the right (because Burleson doesn't continue north past Oltorf), then there is no reason that the westbound Oltorf traffic should be denied going straight at the same time that the left lane of westbound Oltorf is allowed to turn left onto Burleson in an otherwise congested part of our otherwise congested city.
