Description
The north storm drain at the corner of 13th Ave S and 4th St. does not drain at all. Pictures are after 15 minutes of rain. Possibly the drain collapsed? 4th St gets quickly flooded at this intersection and poses safety risk for drivers and flood issue for the commercial property
