Description

There is an old green chevrolet that has been parked on the front yard of this residence for years and has not moved, it is an eyesore.

This is probably not a violation. It is allowable to have one unlicensed vehicle stored on properties in the City. Unless this vehicle takes up more than 50% of the front yard area it's is likely to be OK. Please reopen if you suspect this is the case and I will ask the zoning inspector to investigate.

Maybe find out if it is a rental, Raekwon, and report it to the owner to see if there is anything he will do. Odds are it's a rental around there.

Our zoning inspector has visited and will attempt to contact the property owner. This does appear to be a violation. We will follow up until the vehicle is moved.
