drivers always making illegal left turns onto Garfield from Randolph, causing either oncoming traffic to swerve or honk horns when they have the right of way. Maybe installing the flexible delineators on the corners to protect people on the corners and make it less attractive to illegally turn there. Randolph and Garfield have some definite concerns regarding safety.

Any updates? Is not only the cars, there are illegal street bikes and quads flying through. Please do something. There are many families with small children. This intersection is extremely dangerous. Please do something before someone gets hurt.
