Street lights in the City are maintained by Progress Energy. We have reported this issue to them and will update here when we have heard back from them. You can also notify Progress Energy directly in case of an outage:

This issue has been fixed; however, there are a lot of streetlights out in this area... too many to document.
Progress Energy should come out here and do an audit of area streetlights and tag them for repair.
