Description

The timing of the traffic lights at the newly designed Bogue/Shaw intersection is confusing for pedestrians. There are times when both traffic directions have a red light, yet there is no walk signal for pedestrians (because the other direction, not visible for pedestrians, has a green signal). This leads to pedestrians ignoring the Don't Walk signals. There are also times, e.g. at the pedestrian crossing at the SW corner, when there could be a walk signal b/c only SB traffic on Bogue has a green.
