Heading west on Mentor Ave there is no left turn into the parking lot by Best Buy. There is an exit there, and a no left turn sign but people ignore this and illegally turn into the exit only, driving past the faded-out no-left-turn sign. Anyone trying to make the legal left turn into the plaza (Jade Tree, Starbucks, etc.) can suddenly end up nose-to-nose with oncoming traffic in the turn lane.
