  My apologies, The ticket was closed out since work related to the request was completed on the street. We are still in the process of trying to remedy the remaining potholes on the street. Unfortunately due to the high ground water and rain fall, I am having difficulties completing the task and will most likely not be able to complete the task until the spring time at the earliest. This doesn't mean the Streets Department wont continue to provide material to grade the road to limit the dips and ruts in the road. I just can not provide a full road reclaim with proper placement of asphalt from one side of the road to the other until weather conditions are favorable to complete the task. I work with your father in the DPW as I am also the Civil Engineer with the City. Please feel free to reach out to me at 978 829 1900 with any questions or concerns. I am more than willing to help the residents with problems and try to remedy as best as I can with what resources we have at out disposal.
