The primary time of illegal double parking is in the weekday morning between 8 and 10 am

yeah, I want it fixed too! It's very frustrating

On the January 11, 2012 photo you can count 7 cars parked in the bike lane.

This morning I saw a guy on a bike almost get hit by a shuttle bus while trying to negotiate his way, as traffic was coming up behind him, around 3 cars parked in a row in the bike lane at 2101 Webster. The office building is using the bike lane for their valet parking!

Continuing illegal parking in the bike lane - a daily occurrence caused by the valet parking attendants who allow parking in the passenger zone and then use the bike lane to drop off cars.

The issue seems to have improved mostly, though continued enforcement is advised.
