Description

The house is no properly boarded up and racoons are entering other peoples houses through the ceilings

The backyard of this house is filled with trash since it caught on fire

They are getting in through open window upstais. Those windows have not been sealed off and they are getting in through the backyard entrances which also has not been secured. So no the problem hasn't been resolved.
