Description

The alley between 49th and 50th Avenue North has been paved on the east side of 10th street some time ago, but has not been paved on the west side. The unpaved portion of the alleyway has worn down to be lower than the driveway at the corner of 10th street, has some pot holes, gets muddy, and creates lots of dust around the neighborhood. Can this alleyway be paved to match the other side of 10th by chance?
