I’ve reached out and discussed with WBCA management. Operations have been notified and will be looking into finding the cause. Unfortunately, the pumps and various equipment cycle on and off throughout the day without any type sequence. A representative of WBCA has agreed to reach out to resident to establish communication. Nothing further to do for Borough to resolve the issue.
