Thank you for your SeeClickFix post dated April 9, 2015. The Mayor has asked me to respond directly to you regarding noise complaint located at 350 79 Avenue North, apartment number 320. Community Service Officer Parker responded to the apartment building and met with the tenant in apartment number 320. Community Service Officer Parker spoke with the new tenant who advised she just moved into the apartment. The new tenant advised that the noise issue was coming from the previous tenants and assured Officer Parker that there would be no problems in the future.
If the noise issue persists, please call the non-emergency number when the problem is occurring so that an officer may be dispatched to resolve the issue immediately. If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact Community Service Acting Sergeant Crawford at 893-4819. Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention.
