I have received your e-mail in my office and would like to thank you for voicing your concerns in re: rainwater drainage problems. I will forward this e-mail to the Deputy City Managers and the City Manager for a response regarding your concern(s).

Despite Mayor Bell providing an initial response to this issue, after over 2 1/2 years it is clear that the City of Durham does not care about this issue. I'm going to leave this open as evidence that Durham still has a long way to go until it becomes the well run city that it needs to be in order to encourage further investment by residents and businesses.

Closing as the city clearly isn't monitoring SeeClickFix anymore. Too bad...
