Description
This is an ongoing nonstop issue with the trash in the alley behind my house. The nearby renters are constantly just dumping it anywhere. Where is the accountability to these landlords??? Also, sanitation kicked back my request to you compliance saying it's MY job to maintain this?? This trash isn't even on my property. It's on the neighbors rental property behind me. Can someone please come clean this up and start fining the landlords all around me?
