The lefthand turn light at this intersection, turning SouthtfromoEast,h is much too short. There is only enough time for one car to get through that light completely. Literally, this morning I watched the lightturnd red halfway through the seconde turni vehicleng. I understanthatut the traffic may not be super heavy going that direction this time of the day, but there are typically at least three or four cars in the left turn lane at that light at 8:15 in the morning. Many people are taking their children to school oReckerk, or Pecosheaded to the 202 on Williamld to getis to work,
