Description
I sent you this picture from Saturday after the storm. I have lived here for 27 years and the last time this happened was several years ago. Once the rain stopped, the water drained off in about 30 minutes. I reported it and a crew came and checked the lines and cleared a blockage. It's been fine until now. I walked around after the storm and only the Dartmouth intersection and the next street just south, were affected. I filed a report Sunday night and you sent someone out 4 days after the event that reported:Issue ID: 15841534 ; no standing water after rain event. possible overwhelm due to heavy rain fall. Again, the water drained off in about 30 minutes just like before. To send someone out 4 days later and chalk it up to 'possible' overwhelming the system is unacceptable when I almost had water in my garage. I know you have a large workload but I would appreciate it if you could dispatch a crew to check the lines as soon as possible. You closed my previous complaint.
