Around Oct 2023, one pallet of old wooden pallets were brought and dumped here. In three months, the pile of old construction material has grown to 5 pallets. Not only does this investor regualarly lets this lot become overgrown, but now appears they are using as a dumping ground for excess/old materials. Pests like racoons now use this as a playground and for easier access into neighbors yards
