Description

There is a three second green arrow for cars turning left from Union Ave onto Columbus. Given that this is a direct route from the train station to the highway, this is simply ridiculous. Traffic backs up badly in the evenings to the point that cars departing the parking deck can't exit after paying. Please fix this light!
