Description

hole was dug in the street to repair a leak then they poured hot patch on the hole and drove over it with the back hoe ...the patch is incredibly uneven and looks terrible ....it sits way too high and is going to damage someone's car ...a plow truck came through to clear the street and your driver got out to check his plow for damage after he hit it
