Description
Water backed up on basement floor from both the storm drain (clear water) and from the sanitary drain (tissue, etc.). Backflow protectors (not valves) in floor drains failed, as Chinese and made from plastic and rubber. Only 1 of 4 downspouts is connected, as it is on the driveway just uphill of the mailbox which would cause an ice hazard for the mail carrier.
