05/02/2015: Two cars are again parked on the front yard. One silver minivan and one silver sedan. This is an ongoing issue and not hung is being done about it. "A case has been opened" is not good enough of an answer.

Update - I see this issue is still open and is still a problem. The silver minivan is parked in the front yard every week night and now for a good part of the day. There is also a frequent guest that parks half in the yard and half on the street. Please notify the owner that this is against our city's codes. Picture is from Monday, November 16.

So, I followed the link above and the codes department case has been closed with a parking citation. This is not acceptable as the issue is continuing non-stop. Please open a new case - this is ridiculous. Thank you.
