this exit is a 90 turn which is banked in the wrong direction. when you merge onto 84 you better be going slow or you will cross into traffic. tractor trailers flip over monthly. you can say people are obviously going too fast but coming off 684 where everyone is going 80 to a 20mph ramp catches them by surprise.
