Description

The traffic light here is incredibly long, if there is someone trying to make a left turn at the front of the line you can be stuck here for over 5 minutes during rush hour traffic. I have timed it more than once. It is insane, I understand they are trying to get people through on 59 but the rest of us have to get to work too.
