does the DPW actually follow up on these. The problem is still present. just drive near america st and job lot of behind benny's on lisbon st. where is the enforcement ?

Can someone from the city drive by there once in awhile, its horrible with trash all over the place. there is so much trash and liter that some residents have a meshed fence to keep away the liter. this has been an ongoing issue for years now and nothing is done about it.
