Customer experiences low water pressure every now and then through out the day. There is a contractor that fills up a water truck on the corner of Freddy Gonzalez and 10th St which causes the pressure to drop slightly as he fills up the water truck. The contractor should be done needing water in a week or two, the pressure should not change then. They are building a car wash in that area.
