Most traffic turning onto Rt29 comes from Atwater Dr, however traffic on General Warren gets a green first - should be the other way around. Also the timing on the this light is horrid. It is quicker to turn right onto Rt29, then left onto Warner, left again onto General Warren and right onto Rt29.

Really this whole area is a mess of 4 or 5 sets of traffic lights that just serve to slow down and back up traffic on 29. What is really needed is some thoughtful traffic planning to consolidation all these intersections onto 29.
