I have asked numerous times that these locks be repaired. Today a lot of dogs got out of the pens and chased some joggers and one jogger got bit
The lock you see in the thumbnail is from the small dog pen but the locks on the big dog pen are damaged as well. Please see other photos. This is the canine Crossing Dog Park
