Description
The storm water drain basins on 8th Ave at the corner of 54 street, and the two separate basins on 54th just before the 9th avenue intersection are not taking storm water, they fill up as if they are dry wells, and water comes billowing out of them. The current will take the water to 55th & 8th. There is an obvious clog in the pipe somewhere. Requesting camera inspection and jetting.

There is also a water pressure issue, yes. The nicest gentlemen has been so adamant and transparent to solving it.
But this is a separate issue, when it rains the basins back up and flood in those two areas but all the other basins drain perfectly.
