Opis

Cars bypass middletown rd.... traveling at speeds in excess of 55 mph (its a 30mph residential rd) all times of day... morning with kids on side of rd waiting for bus. Has been 4-5 accidents with cars driving into yards, or crashing into homes (one car flipped upsidedown on front yard)
