Daily there is a couple of guys that rider a red and white dirt bike up and down Pine street/Downing St. The bike and rider seem to come from the middle house (even # side) between Lewis St and Downing Street. this has been happening daily in the early afternoon. I have called the non-emergency # and the traffic # for the NHPD...lets see if this works. This house is a continual problem.
