This has had a significant impact on residents in the South End of Stamford. Local residents have complained to the bar, police and other government authorities, but nothing has changed. With the arrival of spring, Sign of the Whale has opened its rooftop and the loud music has returned. Even after it closes, there have been fights in the parking garage that wake the neighbors up.
