I have been watching it so far this afternoon and almost all of the cars clear each time. Once in a while 3 or 4 are left in the turn bay and they make a permissive left (on green ball) with gaps in traffic, but they have cleared every time so far (even a few extras that arrived late). I will keep watching for a little longer to see if I see a problem.

I have watched it this afternoon for a bit longer off and on. There was only one time 5 cars were left in the LT bay because the front vehicle did not want to turn on a gap. However, I did make an adjustment that may help the 1 or 2 times this happens. Let me know what you think after driving it a few days. Thanks for the feedback in advance.

Thanks Mike, however the biggest problem I see is when our left turn lane light goes to a flashing yellow, most people will not turn on it because of the large amount of westbound traffic on Germann that are turning right, or northbound onto Lindsay, and they aren't sure if they can turn safely at the same time. That's why I think by increasing the green arrow it should help a lot.

Thanks John for your input it does help. If the problem is people are refusing to turn because there are not enough gaps in traffic or they don't feel safe, then I will turn this over to our studies group to evaluate for protected left turns (R/Y/G arrow). (I did not witness this yesterday) They will also investigate any accident history etc. to see if this change is warranted. The signal is currently designed for people to make additional turns on the green ball when there are gaps in traffic, if this is not happening, they will look further into the root cause. As previously stated, I only saw one time from 3:30PM-5PM that any vehicles were even left in the turn bay that had to wait till the next cycle which during the next cycle everyone did clear out. I know this may not be the case every day. I did make a small change that I hope should help. If possible, let me know what you think after driving it a few days then reply back.
