I am not talking about people who are struggling. We need to help those, who cannot help themselves. It goes back, to the Bible.Teach someone, to fish!!!!! Do not talk about those who are less fortunate, learn why they are, where they are. Then, What can be done, to help with all the handouts. We need to be out Brothers' Keeper!!!!

I totally agree. Give teens something to do during the summer months!!

These issues have not been completely resolved, but this report has been open for 7 years now and new reports of issues need to be open if needed.
When opening new issues it's important to specify actual address and nature of the issue (include pictures and/or video to highlight the issue). If the information provided is too general or broad, then the local government cannot take the necessary action.
