Description

Raw sewage, including obvious feces was flowing out of a sewage vent in front of 137 Green Lane. I believe this building has been abandoned, or at least part of the building is abandoned. It was flowing right into the storm drain, which I'm pretty sure dumps directly into the Schuylkill (where our drinking water comes from). Very disgusting....
