  A city worker can't come out today to serve a letter asking for removal of the trash completely covering the public sidewalk at least? Please kids walk this sidewalk daily as it's less than ¼ mile from highland elementary school.

  Oh there's a note on their door now and she just walked past it did not pick up any trash lol I appreciate the start of the process though.
