Plowing a 2 lane hill to fit only 1 vehicle & then leaving it that way Then the sand/salt truck goes down the center instead of doing both sides

A. There's areas of the hill that is only plowed to the width of one vehicle. This area is notorious for vehicles getting stuck due to delayed or ineffective winter treatment. Lawn markers are present one side & STILL the plow doesn't get close to them. WHY are we shoveling the street? The pedestrians will be either walking through the unplowed sides of the street (no sidewalks) or in the plowed single lane sharing it with vehicles that have no choice but to speed uphill to get pass the troubled icy spots PLEASE do better, this is a YEARLY issue l
