What a mess this neighborhood was on Monday !!! Besides being extremely windy, the neighbors up the street, who seem to buy everything in bulk and just lay all the boxes on the ground, let all this mess blow everywhere and all the neighbors below them had to pick up all THEIR trash...Just take a look around the city; this happens every trash day. The only solution to this is covered trash bins and have the DPW go around to see that residents are using the bins properly. How inconsiderate many neighbors are when putting out the trash each week. It's almost as if they want to get rid of the trash by letting it just blow away. I don't know where these people used to live but this is not how we live in this neighborhood. The city of Worcester is just a plain mess now. It was never this way when residents put all their trash in trash bags simply because it was all enclosed. I'm fine with recycling but not with how it's become a trash issue...Get the point ?????
