Description

The back of 450 Lancaster St., which can be seen from Fruitvale Avenue, has a lot of graffiti on the upper wall and fence. This building houses the Oakland Museum's collecting storage and should not be allowed to get this bad and allowed to stay, which just causes more to appear.
