Description

Hillside Terrace is gated off entirely by both an apartment complex and a private residential home gate, gates lock and do not open either way without key thereby not allowing one to exit shall there be a fire event. Concern also of a fire event on either side of the hill as the community was developed prior to the City of Vista being incorporated with density and parking issues beyond the cities built infrastructures ability to properly handle in a multitude of ways, the most concerning being public/civiian safety.
